Shadrack’s Christmas Wonderland Spectacular – It’s a Christmas Lights extravaganza at the TN Smokies Baseball Stadium in Kodak every night –rain or shine– from dusk to 10 p.m. Admission fee includes a self-guided driving tour of synchronous Christmas lights and music, Santa’s Village with bounce inflatables, Santa, and a snack bar. Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Christmas – Christmas season celebration of music, holiday lights, and family. Winner of “Best Christmas Event in the World” and debuting the new ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’ show and Dolly’s Parade of Many Colors. Gatlinburg Winter Magic Trolley Ride of Lights – Gatlinburg’s guided trolley tour of spectacular Gatlinburg Winter Magic holiday light displays that departs Ripley’s Aquarium Trolley Station at 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. Closed December 2, 24, 25, 31. Trolleys are enclosed and heated and the cost is $5 per person. Children ages 3 and younger are free if sitting in an adult lap. Purchase tickets online.

Pigeon Forge Christmas Lights Tour – When dusk arrives, it’s time to hop in the car and take a self-guided tour of the Winterfest Lights. Pick up a light display locations map from the Pigeon Forge Welcome Center or at the Patriot Park trolley depot.

Fantasy of Lights Christmas Parade – This parade highlights all the great holiday events in Gatlinburg. The parade begins at 7:30 p.m. and features Christmas light-wrapped floats, marching bands, dance productions and balloons.

Sugarlands Spirit Stage Concerts – Live on stage is the Jon Hatchett Band playing spirited honky-tonk on Friday night, and gonzo folk music by Woody Pines on Saturday night. Both shows are free and run 7-10 p.m.

Winter Magic Tunes & Tales – Live entertainment on the streets of downtown features holiday carolers and strolling entertainment including Santa’s Elves and Frosty the Snowman from 5-9:30 p.m. on select Friday and Saturday evenings. Verify performance dates online.

Sevierville Christmas Parade – You’ll love this traditional hometown parade featuring local marching bands, businesses and Santa in downtown Sevierville from 11 a.m.-Noon. The Parade Route is Honey Lane to Forks of the River Parkway to Main Street to Court Ave. Prime viewing spots include parking along the northbound side of Forks of the River Parkway or standing in front of the town’s iconic courthouse on Bruce Street.

Sugarlands Spirit Stage – Live performances by Kiel Grove Thursday night, The Bird and the Bear Friday night, and Roger Alan Wade on Saturday night. You’ll love the folk, sultry and contemporary country sounds during these free concerts held 7-10 p.m.

Loretta Lynn at Country Tonite Theatre – Ms. Loretta will be performing two shows at Country Tonite in Pigeon Forge. Tickets for the Friday 8 p.m. show and Saturday 3 p.m. show on sale now by calling (865) 453-2003.

New Year’s Eve Ball Drop & Fireworks Show & Ball Drop – Be near the Gatlinburg Space Needle to celebrate New Year’s Eve with a street party and live entertainment while you wait to see the ball drop at the stroke of midnight with a fabulous fireworks.

New Years Eve at The Island – Live music and tons of fun to be had by all. Celebrate the coming of the new year with a midnight countdown to a fantastic fireworks show!

Country Tonite New Year’s Eve Show Package – Plan to party at Country Tonite with a New Year’s Eve Package that includes: Reserved seats, party favors, a midnight balloon drop to “Auld Lang Syne” and sparkling cider while mingling with the cast after the show.
