Ridgecrest Log Cabins & Chalets Rental Guide
Renting a cabin in the Smoky Mountains is E-A-S-Y when making your reservations with Ridgecrest Cabin Rentals. Our rental policies are short and simple. We promise to provide a comfortable vacation stay in clean, well-appointed accommodations, and our guests promise to leave the cabin as it was found. Now isn’t that simple?
Renting Guests: Guests renting cabins accept full responsibility for the payment of and care for their cabin.
Deposit: Your rental deposit equal to one-night’s stay holds your reservation. Deposits are due within 7 days of booking by telephone or due at the time of making reservations.
Occupancy: The maximum number of guests varies with each cabin. Due to fire restrictions, please do not exceed the capacity of guests on your rental agreement.
Pets: For the comfort of all our guests, we regret that we cannot allow pets in our cabin rentals. If pets are found in any rental, guests will be required to leave immediately and forfeit their remaining vacation days and deposit.
Hot Tubs: Hot tubs are provided for our adult guests. Any children using hot tubs must be supervised for their health and safety. Hot tub covers are very heavy and very expensive; adults should handle with care so as not to incur costs for damage.
Cancellations: Unfortunately, circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation in writing 30 or more days prior to your arrival, we’ll refund your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is received in less than 30 days prior to arrival, we’ll refund your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee PROVIDED the cabin can be rented. If the cabin cannot be rented, no refund will be given.
If making reservations by telephone, please print and sign our rental agreement to return with your deposit.
